Today I wanted to share how I used Dollar Tree products to create this Family Scrabble Tile Wall Art. I've seen tons of really cute ideas on Pinterest but I didn't want to have to cut wood or spend much money. When I saw the Plaid Wood Tile Board, I knew it would work perfectly!

Shopping for Halloween costumes can be expensive! Today I'm sharing Dollar Tree DIY costumes, that anyone can do! These costumes are perfect for last minute ideas or tight budgets, whatever your situation may be. The Dollar Store isn't the first place you'd think to get a halloween costume, but if you think outside the of box, you can come up with some epic costume ideas!
What You'll Need:
10 (more or less) Pink Boa- (seasonal kids costume section)
Elastic (I used elastic from an old skirt, you can also purchase at craft store)
Card stock paper in white and black
Pink acrylic paint in a bubble gum and darker pink shade
Large googly eyes
For this costume you can wear a pink top in any shade of pink. I wore shorts under my skirt, but another great option would be to find a body con style dress thats pink, then wear the skirt over top. Converse sneakers or heel, depending on where you are going, would both look great!
What You'll Need:
Plastic Masquerade Mask (sold in Halloween section at Dollar Tree)
Gem Stickers
Black and Purple Flowers
Feathers (sold at One Dollar Zone)
For the costumes you can pair the mask with a more dressy outfit or wear with jeans and a t-shirt. I paired it with a black shift dress and would wear ankle booties.
What You'll Need:
2 Pool Noodles
Off White or Beige Shirt (Dollar Tree sells a ton of different sizes and colors)
Pink acrylic paint
Chenille Stems in neon colors
Elastic straps to wear the donut
Tape
For this outfit I wore white paints and a blush color shirt. The brighter your outfit is, the more it will compliment the brightness of the donut.

Hey friends! I'm a firm believer in mixing high-end home decor with lower-end pieces from Dollar Tree or the Thrift Store. Today I take you around my home and share how I'm using Dollar Tree Items in my home decor and organization. These are some of my favorite ways to use $1 to organize and decorate my space.
My Ikea bookcase has been around since little B was a baby! Its held up well but it gives me place to mix my Dollar Tree finds with other cool pieces like my new clock from the Apollo Box. I'm currently riding the succulent trains and I'm loving it! Succulents give your space color and texture yet still look neutral and kinda modern.
Bookcase Items:

Hi friends! Happy Fall! It's time to start my Fall DIY series and I couldn't be more excited. Fall is one of my favorite seasons to do DIY's and crafts, so lets see what I can come with this year. I posted this video on Youtube (if you aren't subscribed, please do so and help me get to 10k before Christmas!!) I wanted to share my chic Dollar Tree pumpkins and how I use Dollar Tree pumpkins around my home for our fall decor
If you haven't been to your local Dollar Tree, I think you're truly missing out! They have all the decor and diy supplies you'll need this fall season. The flowers are beautiful, the ribbon is glitter-y and they have a ton of owl knick-knacks (YAZZZ!) Everything you'll see in these 3 projects is from the Dollar Tree (with the exception of the wreath).
When it comes to fall decor, I love a rustic feeling but I also want it to match with my current decor. So this fall I'm aiming for "Rustic Chic" Lots of natural materials but with black and white stripes and chic vibe. My favorite color is orange but GAWD, why is everything "fall themed" orange?!!? I don't want to slap you in the face with orange when you walk in my home, I want you to feel warm, cozy and ready for a fall themed beverage! Let's see how that works out this year and I know mainly everything will be affordable and home-made!

How to make the paper flowers:
Tissue paper
Wire
Florist tape
Stapler
Wire cutters
Scissors
Dollar Store flowers that have medium/light green colored stems and leaves – not dark green stems. You can even use real tree branches
1. Lay 5 layers of tissue paper cut to 8” x 11” on top of each other. Accordion fold
2. Find center and staple. Then wrap a 5” piece of wire around. Round edges with scissors.
3. Carefully begin to spread out each layer of tissue paper to start forming the flower.
4. Fluff so that most of the petals are to one side, unless you want to make pom-pom flowers to hang.
6. I poked the tip into the center of the tissue paper flower and then wrapped the wire around the stem to secure. You could also bend the tip of the fake flower stem to create a hook to wrap the flower and the wire around. I did a few each way. Cover the wire with florist tape.
The flower led lights is the last of the DIY's. This battery operated string of lights can be used just about anywhere in your house. The steps are so simple and I explain in the video.
